Please ensure all items are returned in their original specialized packaging to guarantee safe transit and a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Safe Transit

  Carefully repack the mirror in its original timber-reinforced crate or heavy-duty cardboard packaging, ensuring all protective corner guards and foam inserts are securely in place.

• 3.
  Schedule a Specialist Pickup

  Due to the fragile nature of our glass, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier to collect the item from your residence, ensuring it is handled with professional care.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned mirror at our workshop to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
